This Privacy Policy explains how Jobrik (jobrik.net) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our GCC jobs marketplace.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account details (name, email, role, country)
• Profile and CV data you upload
• Job posts and application activity
• Payment-related metadata from our payment partner (we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical logs (IP, device, approximate location, usage events)

3. How we use information

• To operate accounts, matching, messaging, and job listings
• To process subscriptions, featured jobs, and ads
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• To communicate service updates and support replies
• To improve product performance and reliability

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run Jobrik: with recruiters or job finders according to unlock/consent rules in the product; with infrastructure providers (hosting, file storage, email); and with our payment merchant of record (e.g. Paddle) for checkout and tax. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Jobrik targets users in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. Data may be processed on servers outside those countries by our providers under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep account and transaction records as long as needed for the service, legal, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal retention needs.

7. Your choices

• Update or delete profile information in-product when available
• Request access or deletion via info@jobrik.net
• Control marketing emails via unsubscribe links where offered

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport and access-controlled storage for sensitive files (e.g. CVs). No method of transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this Policy and will revise the date above when we do.
