Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Jobrik (jobrik.net), a digital GCC jobs marketplace operated by Ali Hassan (“Jobrik”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or purchasing digital products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Jobrik provides online tools for recruiters and job seekers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. We sell digital subscriptions, featured job packages, and sponsored advertising inventory. We do not sell physical goods.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, post fraudulent jobs, or violate these Terms.

3. Purchases and billing

Paid features are billed through our payment partner (currently Paddle or another designated merchant of record). Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the plan terms shown at purchase. Taxes may be collected by the payment partner where required.

4. Acceptable use

• No fake jobs, scams, or misleading recruiter profiles
• No scraping, spam, or unauthorized data harvesting
• No illegal content or discrimination prohibited by applicable law
• Chat is text-only as provided by the product; do not attempt to bypass safety controls

5. Content

You retain rights to content you upload (job posts, profile data, CVs). You grant Jobrik a license to host and display that content to operate the service. You must have rights to any CV or personal data you submit.

6. Disclaimers

Jobrik is a marketplace tool. We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobrik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or inability to obtain employment or candidates.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
